The Role:
* Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment.
* Provide support and guidance to your caseload, surrounding benefits/welfare advice, disclosure of health symptoms etc.
* Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
* Provide employability support, to include: matching participants to suitable job vacancies, CV writing, job searching, interview techniques etc.
* Proactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.
Criteria:
* Experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor / Employer Engagement role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
* Must be IT literate.
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.
