How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are a well-established and innovative company seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our New Product Implementation (NPI) team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality, solving problems, and working closely with customers and internal teams to bring new products successfully into production.

As part of a small, energetic team, you will play a key role in managing the introduction of new products from concept through to manufacture, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Coordinate and support the introduction of new products into manufacturing.

    * Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide excellent service throughout the implementation process.

    * Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

    * Create and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and product records.

    * Identify challenges and implement practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.

    * Use data and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

    * Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, communication, and project delivery.

    * Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved.

    What We’re Looking For

    * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    * Creative, proactive, and confident in using their initiative.

    * A strong problem solver who enjoys overcoming technical and operational challenges.

    * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

    * Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    * A team player who will fit well within a small, ambitious, and energetic team.

    * Professional and confident when dealing with customers and colleagues.

    * Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

    * Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.

    * Familiar with AI tools and able to apply them to improve productivity and business processes.

    * Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.

    Desirable Experience

    * Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technical, or production environments.

    * Knowledge of project coordination or new product introduction processes.

    * Experience working directly with customers and suppliers.
