Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)

We, Academics, are currently looking to gain a Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT), for our reputable primary schools based in Birmingham, who is enthusiastic and driven. As an ECT you will be expected to:

Deliver appropriate and engaging lessons for all abilities
Ensure that classroom rules and routines are followed
Work in collaboration with other teachers and teaching assistants to support the students
Display an eagerness and commitment to professional development
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Early Career Teacher (ECT) Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/ equivalent or pending QTS completion
A great and relevant understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum
Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service)
