What You'll Do:
Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing finished products.
Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
Participate in regular shift-related meetings to share critical information and insights.
What You'll Need:
Basic Maths and English skills.
A genuine desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, collaborative team.
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
A valid right to work in the UK.

Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern: 38.75 hours per week on a 2-week rotating schedule (Week 1: 5:45 am - 2:00 pm and Week 2: 1:45 pm - 10:00 pm).
