The duties will be
* Answer telephone calls/ taking messages
* Checking and editing documents to companies standards
* Assisting with printing, photocopying, and binding
* Shredding of documentation
* Ordering stationery/H&S
* Collect daily mail
* Database entry
* File management and archiving
* Arranging meetings on behalf of the staff
* Uploading of documents to shared document sites
* Assist with designing of templates
* Booking travel for staff
* Checking office equipment Is loaded and read to use
* Ability to use Microsoft Office
