Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Trainee Aerospace Assembly Technician to join their highly skilled Parachute Packing team.
This is a fully trained position offering long-term career development within a stable and highly respected engineering business.

Responsibilities
* Learn specialist aerospace assembly and inspection techniques
* Assemble and prepare safety-critical aerospace components
* Follow detailed engineering drawings, technical manuals and work instructions
* Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards
* Use hand tools and specialist equipment safely and accurately
* Handle materials and components with care and precision
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We're Looking For
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Previous aerospace experience is not required.
You'll be a good fit if you possess:
* A genuine interest in aviation, engineering or manufacturing
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good manual dexterity
* The ability to follow detailed instructions and drawings
* A patient, methodical approach to work
* Strong reliability and willingness to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience building LEGO, model aircraft, drones, RC vehicles, miniatures, gaming PCs or similar precision-focused hobbies would be highly advantageous.
