How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Marketing Communications Specialist Role Overview

    The Marketing Communications Specialist/ Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and delivering high-quality marketing content and campaigns that strengthen brand presence, support lead generation, and drive engagement across global markets. This role blends content creation, social media management, paid campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent, compelling communication across all channels.

    You will work closely with sales, product, regional teams, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life and ensure messaging is aligned, timely, and effectively.

    Marketing Communications Specialist Key Responsibilities

    · Drive brand awareness through a variety of channels

    · Develop and deliver high-quality content across digital channels, including blogs, emailers, social posts, landing pages, and campaign assets.

    · Create content plans and messaging frameworks aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

    · Create and distribute marketing materials for internal and external

    · Event planning and content creation support for exhibitions and tradeshows

    · Produce and brief visual content (graphics, visuals, short-form video concepts) to support marketing strategy

    · Maintain a consistent tone of voice and ensure messaging accuracy across all materials.

    · AOB to support marketing department and business operations

    Social Media and Campaign Execution

    · Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels.

    · Own the social media calendar, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content across channels.

    · Manage organic social activity, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging posts.

    · Plan and execute paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, creative briefing, optimisation, and performance reporting.

    · Monitor social trends, industry activity, and platform updates to inform strategy.

    · Build and deploy emailer campaigns, including segmentation, messaging, and performance tracking.

    · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign assets, messaging, and timelines are aligned.

    · Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future activity.

    Internal Stakeholder Alignment

    · Work closely with internal teams to gather insights, align messaging, and support go-to-market initiatives.

    · Support cross-departmental communication to maintain consistency and awareness across global sites.

    · Where necessary, coordinate with external agencies to deliver assets and campaigns.

    · Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and campaign objectives.

    Marketing Communications Specialist Skills & Experience | You are someone who has…

    · Proven experience in marketing communications, content creation, and (or) digital marketing.

    · Strong design and editing skills with the ability to adapt brand style.

    · Experience managing social media channels and paid social campaigns.

    · Knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram) and design tools (Adobe Suite)

    · Ability to plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

    · Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    · Confident working cross-functionally with regional teams.

    · Experience coordinating with agencies or creative partners.

    · Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

    · Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, campaign dashboards).
