How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Salary: NegotiableRole introduction and overview:
    We are seeking Change Managers for full-time roles based in Dublin, supporting change activity across the water and wastewater sector. These positions will focus on leading and delivering organisational and operational change initiatives across the asset life cycle, with particular involvement in programmes linked to capital projects, asset upgrades, and new ways of working.
    The role will suit candidates with experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, business transformation, process change, training delivery, and change adoption within regulated or infrastructure-led environments. Working across operational and project teams, successful candidates will help assess change impacts, support implementation planning, embed new processes into business-as-usual activity, and promote improved service delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
    The organisation operates within the essential infrastructure area of water and wastewater services, where effective change delivery is critical to operational performance, asset improvement, and customer service outcomes.
    Key Responsibilities as Change Manager:

    Lead and deliver change initiatives across the water and wastewater asset life cycle.
    Support major programmes driving change across capital works and asset upgrade activities.
    Assess the impact of change on current processes, teams, and operational ways of working.
    Develop and implement structured change plans to support transition to new systems and processes.
    Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build understanding, alignment, and commitment to change.
    Communicate change clearly and consistently across affected business areas.
    Support training, knowledge transfer, and capability development for employees impacted by change.
    Track adoption, readiness, and benefits realisation associated with change activity.
    Embed new processes and behaviours into business as usual operations.
    Monitor implementation progress and address resistance, risks, or barriers to successful adoption.
    Ensure all change activity aligns with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
    Minimise operational risk while contributing to improved service delivery and asset performance.Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience as Change Manager

    Demonstrated experience in a Change Manager or similar role delivering business or operational change.
    Experience supporting change within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, water, wastewater, or other regulated environments is desirable.
    Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practice.
    Proven ability to complete change impact assessments and support implementation planning.
    Experience working on programmes involving capital projects, operational transformation, or process improvement.
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
    Experience developing and delivering training, engagement, and adoption activities.
    Ability to monitor change progress, measure adoption, and support benefits tracking.
    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
    Good understanding of risk, governance, and compliance considerations in operational settings.
    Relevant third-level qualification in business, project management, engineering, organisational change, or a related discipline may be beneficial.
