Looking for a Delivery Driver role with fewer drops and a better work-life balance?
We're recruiting reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join a growing home delivery team. Unlike many multi-drop driving roles, you'll complete no more than 12 deliveries per day, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service without the pressure of high-volume delivery schedules.

The Role
As a Home Delivery Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers' homes while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate a company van to complete scheduled home deliveries
* Deliver products to customer homes professionally and on time
* Follow planned delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
* Load and unload goods safely
* Complete basic product assembly when required (full training provided)
* Carry out vehicle safety checks and report any defects
* Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
* Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
* Comply with all road traffic laws and company procedures
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Good driving record
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
* Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving goods
* Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Home Delivery Driver, Courier Driver, or similar role
* Knowledge of transport and logistics operations
* Experience using delivery apps, GPS systems, and route planning tools
* Warehouse or distribution experience
