How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager - Payments

    Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)

    About the Role:
    As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring that large-scale projects are managed efficiently, delivered on time, and within budget. Your expertise will guide the Payments Application Support Team in the EMEA region as you work closely with IT teams and senior management. This is an exciting opportunity to steer projects through challenges while maintaining open communication with stakeholders across the globe.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Coordination & Support:Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities while maintaining project documentation.
    Documentation & Reporting:Develop regular reports on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring all documentation is accessible to stakeholders.
    Communication & Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries, facilitating communication between IT delivery teams and business stakeholders.
    Issue & Risk Management:Monitor project risks and issues, implementing and tracking mitigation strategies.
    Resource Coordination:Manage resources effectively, optimising availability and project calendars.
    Administrative Support:Provide essential administrative support to the IT delivery team, including managing logistics and project files.
    Tool & Process Management:Support the use of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and adhere to established processes.What We're Looking For:

    Experience: Proven project management expertise within the payments and compliance sectors.

    Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
