Your responsibilities as Junior Estate Gardener

Maintain lawns, borders, hedges, trees and pathways to an exceptional standard
Carry out planting, pruning, weeding, mulching and seasonal garden maintenance
Assist with propagation, greenhouse activities and ongoing plant care
Support the implementation of new planting schemes and landscaping projects
Operate and maintain horticultural equipment safely and effectively
Help ensure the estate grounds remain attractive and well-presented throughout the year
What we’re looking for in a Junior Estate Gardener

Previous experience in gardening, horticulture, grounds maintenance or a similar environment
Knowledge of planting, pruning and seasonal garden care techniques
Experience using horticultural tools, machinery or greenhouse equipment
Understanding of garden, landscape or estate maintenance practices
Any horticultural qualifications or relevant training would be advantageous
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week with flexibility around working days and working patterns for the right candidate.
