About the Role

As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build experience across a range of school settings while making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

Your responsibilities may include:

✅ Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
✅ Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
✅ Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
✅ Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
✅ Contributing to the wider life of the school

What We're Looking For

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS before September 2026
✔ A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
✔ A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
