How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

MEP Commercial Manager - Mission Critical Projects

    Location: Finland (10/4 Rotation)

    Project: Large-Scale Data Centre Development

We are representing a leading international contractor delivering complex mission critical projects across Europe. They are currently seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Finland.

    The Role

As MEP Commercial Manager, you will take commercial responsibility for a significant €60M mechanical package, working as part of a high-performing project team on a flagship data centre development.

Operating on a 10/4 rotation, you will be site-based in Finland, reporting directly into the Commercial Lead, and playing a key role in ensuring commercial success across the lifecycle of the project.

    Key Responsibilities

Lead all commercial aspects of a €60M mechanical package
Manage cost control, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project
Administer contracts and manage subcontractor relationships
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts
Work closely with project delivery and engineering teams to ensure alignment
Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Commercial Lead

    Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role within MEP or construction
Mechanical or electrical background with strong commercial expertise
Experience on large-scale infrastructure or mission critical projects (data centre experience preferred but not essential)
Relevant qualification, ideally degree-level (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or similar)
Strong understanding of contract forms and commercial management processes
Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced site environment

    What's on Offer

Opportunity to work on a major European data centre project
Structured rotation (10 days on / 4 days off)
Competitive salary, rotation package, and benefits
Long-term pipeline of mission critical projects across Europe
Career progression within a growing international contractor

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven MEP professional looking to take ownership of a major package on a high-profile project while gaining exposure to the fast-growing data centre sector
