How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Welsh Speaking Primary Teacher

    Are you a fluent Welsh speaker?
        Are you looking to work in a primary school on a Monday to Friday basis?
        Hold QTS in the UK and have a good understanding of the primary curriculum?
        Interested in a daily rate of pay from £172.98 to £256 per day?
        Confident in teaching different key stages?  
        Do you have transferrable skills and experiences that would allow you to make an impact on these pupils education?

    Vision for education for an education company operating in the heart of Cardiff. We are actively recruiting for an individual to work as a teacher in a local Welsh medium primary school. The school have been rated as ‘outstanding’ by ESTYN and are looking for someone to join their dynamic team.

    We are recruiting for roles across all key stages and welcome teachers who can teach Foundation Stage (EYFS), key stage 1 (KS1) and key stage 2 (KS2).

    We welcome both NQT’s / ECT’s and experienced teachers, but the right candidates will be expected to hold qualified teacher status (QTS) or about to obtain this status.

    The Welsh medium school are looking for someone to compliment the school ethos and help provide the best education experience for their learners.

    -          The ability to speak Welsh – Essential as the role is based in a Welsh medium primary school

    -          Must hold Qualified teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
