Plumber – New Build Residential

Cambridgeshire

£35,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for experienced Plumbers to join a growing and well-established contractor working across a range of new build residential developments throughout Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated plumbers looking for long-term, permanent work with a business that offers a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities to increase earnings through additional skills and qualifications.

Plumber Duties & Responsibilities

1st and 2nd fix plumbing on new build residential properties
Bathroom installations
Central heating and boiler installations
Gas carcass installations (where qualified)
Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations
Underfloor heating (UFH) installations
Customer care and remedial works
General plumbing duties as required
Working to high standards of quality and safety on occupied and unoccupied plots

Plumber Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum)
Valid CSCS Card
Public Liability/Indemnity Insurance
Own transport and tools
Strong new build residential experience
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Gas Safe qualification (required when working on gas sites)
Unvented Hot Water qualification
ASHP commissioning experience
Experience with underfloor heating systems

Plumber package

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £70,000 per annum
