We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing retail business. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or someone with 1-3 years' marketing experience who loves generating ideas, creating engaging content, and getting involved in every aspect of marketing.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to life, work on exciting campaigns, and make a genuine impact across both our stores and online channels.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels
Creating engaging content for social media, email marketing and website promotions
Assisting with website updates, product launches and ecommerce activity
Working with our videography team to create exciting visual and video content
Supporting new store openings through local marketing initiatives
Designing and coordinating point-of-sale and promotional materials
Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements
Using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing activity
Researching trends and bringing fresh marketing ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

Marketing degree or relevant marketing experience
Passion for retail and consumer marketing
Strong social media and digital marketing skills
Creative thinker with lots of ideas and the confidence to share them
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enthusiastic, positive and proactive personality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to stores when required
