Private Client Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm, based in Somerset, which is looking to appoint a talented Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team. The position can be undertaken on a fully remote basis, making it ideal for candidates looking to achieve a better work-life balance without compromising on career progression.
 
Role: Private Client Lawyer
Location: Fully Remote - Somerset-Based Law Firm
Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 D.O.E.
 
The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and provide expert advice to a loyal and established client base. The role will include:

Wills and estate planning.
Probate and estate administration.
Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Trusts. 
Inheritance Tax planning.
Court of Protection matters (experience advantageous but not essential).About You
Our client is keen to speak with candidates who:

Are qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives.
Have between 3 and 6 years' PQE within Private Client law.
Can manage their own caseload confidently and independently.What's on Offer?
