How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Digital Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover)

    Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
    Location: Aldershot, Hampshire (Hybrid working – ideally 2 days in the office)
    Contract: 6–8 Month Fixed-Term Contract

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing international business on a maternity cover contract. This role will suit someone with experience across digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaign coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and communications activities.

    Create and edit content for newsletters, websites, email campaigns and social media.

    Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram and X.

    Monitor campaign performance and report on engagement metrics.

    Assist with SEO and digital advertising activities, including keyword research.

    Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events, with occasional European travel.

    Produce and update marketing collateral including brochures, presentations and sales materials.

    Conduct competitor and market research to support business strategy.

    Support website improvements and video content projects.

    Collaborate with international teams to ensure brand consistency and successful project delivery.

    Provide general marketing and administrative support as required.

    About You

    Previous experience in a marketing or digital marketing role (internships considered).

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

    Experience managing social media platforms and using analytics tools.

    Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Adobe Express).

    Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with international stakeholders.

    Creative, proactive and enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude.

    Salary of £30,000–£40,000

    Hybrid working (2 days in the office preferred)
