We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver to join a specialist waste management and environmental services company based in Brentwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with a growing business. The role involves collecting and transporting wrapped waste materials to designated waste transfer sites, with full training provided.

The Role

Driving a company van to customer and waste transfer sites
Completing approximately 1–2 collections/deliveries per day
Loading and unloading wrapped materials into the vehicle
Transporting materials safely and in line with company procedures
Ensuring all paperwork and vehicle checks are completed accurately
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Occasional weekend work may be required

Hours

5:00am start
Full-time hours
Some weekend work may be required

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence
Previous van driving experience preferred
Good understanding of safe loading and unloading practices
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Ability to lift and move materials up to 25kg
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

Desirable

ADR awareness or ADR qualification
Experience within waste management, environmental services, hazardous waste, recycling or similar industries
