About the Key Stage 1 Teacher role:
* Contract: Full time, with an additional opportunity for a 0.4 part‑time role
* Location: Wells, Somerset (semi‑rural, 1‑form‑entry school)
* Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 FTE
* Start: September or sooner by agreement

What you'll be doing as a Key Stage 1 Teacher:
* Creating a warm, inclusive and engaging Key Stage 1 classroom
* Delivering high‑quality, creative lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence
* Using effective behaviour strategies appropriate for early primary learners
* Working closely with colleagues across the Trust to share ideas and best practice
* Building strong relationships with pupils, families and the wider school community
What you'll need as a Key Stage 1 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS or equivalent)
* Experience teaching KS1
* A passion for nurturing young learners and helping them thrive
* Strong communication and classroom‑management skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
