For over 25 years, this company has gone from strength to strength and they are now looking for someone to work within their busy dispatch area who will be tasked with:
* Using the FLT to load and unload
* Packing of high value components from the work order provided
* Labelling the components and placing in the appropriate boxes
* Working in an engineering environment
* Preparing orders for dispatch, making sure of traceability at every step
* Completing shipping documents
* Maintaining a clean working environment
* Using computers to book items off the systems
Along with a positive attitude and the ability to start ASAP, we need the Fork Lift Truck Driver / Packer to have:
* FLT Licence - Counter Balance a must for this role as you will be working on and off the truck
* Ability to work methodically and accurately
* Experience of working within an Engineering environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Computer literate
* Comfortable with lifting components of varying weight
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to get to Glossop with ease
The FLT Packing Operative will receive the following
* Very Competitive Salary
* Half day on a Friday
* Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm, Friday, 0700 to 1300pm
