The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 (Year 3) curriculum
* 19 children in the classroom
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
* Assess, track and support pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 3
* High expectations for attainment, behaviour and presentation
* Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing
* Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills
* Suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers
