We are looking for Packing Operatives to join a team at leading manufacturers based in Moira, Swadlincote, DE12.
The role involves taking product and putting into specifically designed bag, packaging or boxing and then packaging for dispatch.
There are a few elements to the role, and you will move between these tasks throughout the day. This makes the role varied, however does involve you standing for a number of hours through the day and some parts of the process will be manual.
You would need a keen eye for detail to ensure quality throughout the whole process.
This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis. Once employees secure a permanent position, they are enrolled in the company's share scheme and become eligible for annual bonuses. The bonus amount is dependent on the company's profits and performance each year, so it can vary. As an example, last year every employee received a bonus of over £5,000!!
Days/Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 06:00-15:00
Friday 06:00am – 12:00pm

Unpacking products
Placing different products as per the specific instructions into packaging, bags or boxes, as required
Packaging he completed products safely ready for distribution
Quality checking products
Ensuring health and safety at all times.Candidate Requirements
Able to do a manual role and be on feet for majority of the day
Must be able to follow instructions
Have a keen eye for detail
Have a willingness to learn and develop yourself
Ability to work as part of a team
Provide regular and reliable support within the factory
