Working as a Cover Supervisor

We would like applicants to have demonstrative experience with Children/Students and a strong work ethic and passion for education is something the Trust admires, ideally we would like candidates with a strong background and a degree in a curriculum based subject. We also welcome applications from QTS teachers looking for flexibility in their work. We can offer work from one day a week to five days a week to best suit applicants and their background.
If you're a graduate and are considering teacher training in the future this is a fantastic step towards this and could lead to a place on their own teacher training programme.
To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
Experience of working with Children/Students
Good classroom management
Knowledge of the Secondary Curriculum is admired
A degree or qualified teacher status
