We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a dedicated team working across multiple sites in the Ipswich area. This is a hands on role ideal for someone with prior experience in grounds care who enjoys working outdoors as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
Hedge trimming and maintenance
Pruning of plants, shrubs, and small trees
General upkeep of landscaped areas
Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard
Working across multiple locations as requiredRequirements:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential.
Full UK driving licence (required for travel between sites)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work in various weather conditionsWhat We Offer:
