Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team with a strong service ethos.

* Oversee daily operations including stock management, scheduling, and compliance.

* Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.

About You
* Experienced Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within beauty, lifestyle, home, or premium retail.
* Enthusiastic about customer experience & storytelling.
* A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and empowers others.
* Commercially astute with a record of achieving targets.
* Organised, proactive, and confident in managing all aspects of store operations.
* Warm, engaging, and able to build rapport.
