How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We're looking for a Product Specialist to join a growing team focused on the adoption and optimisation of AI technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, delivery and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions, helping users maximise the value of emerging technologies across the organisation.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll support a range of product-related activities, including roadmap planning, backlog management, user engagement, training and product adoption. You'll also stay up to date with developments in the AI landscape, helping to identify new tools, features and opportunities that could enhance business processes and user experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the management and continuous improvement of AI products and platforms
    • Drive user adoption through training, communications and enablement initiatives
    • Act as a key point of contact for product-related queries and user support
    • Assist with roadmap planning, backlog management and delivery coordination
    • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation, translating technical concepts into business-focused outcomes
    • Support governance, risk and compliance activities relating to AI technologies

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
    • Experience within product, technology, change, transformation or project environments
    • Understanding of Agile ways of working and backlog management
    • Experience supporting product adoption, training or user engagement initiatives

Experience within professional services, consulting or other knowledge-based environments would be beneficial but is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in AI product management while gaining exposure to innovative technologies and business-critical initiatives.
