How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Love premium tequila, brilliant hospitality and great bars?

Cazcabel Tequila is one of the best-performing tequila brands in the UK — and 2026 is a landmark year as we invest heavily in building the benchmark premium tequila brand for both trade and consumers.

We’re looking for a high-energy, well-connected Brand Ambassador to own London & the South East and bring Cazcabel to life where it matters most: in the trade, behind the bar, and in the glass.

    The Role

    Field-based (London) | SE1 office access

    Start: August 2026

As a Cazcabel Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand in London & South East England; driving brand awareness, trade advocacy and sales through trade engagement, education and engaging consumer experiences.

This is a hands-on role requiring energy, charisma, and a passion for hospitality and drinks culture. With a large account base, you’ll need to be out in the trade every day where you’ll be meeting customers, running events, training sessions, and attending industry events whilst keeping abreast of customer conversations, business-essential admin and reporting.

You will join a national brand ambassadorial team of four, taking responsibility for London and the South East whilst working closely with the Proof Drinks sales and marketing teams.

    What You’ll Be Doing

This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the trade daily:

    • Building relationships with bartenders, venues, and key accounts
    • Delivering engaging tequila training and brand storytelling sessions
    • Running tastings, takeovers, and high-impact events
    • Driving distribution (sales) and supporting rate of sale in existing accounts
    • Creating standout activations that get Cazcabel off the back bar and into drinks
    • Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and on social

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for working from home. You’ll work closely with both the marketing and sales teams, acting as a key driver of growth in your region. The Brand Ambassador will represent the brand across on-trade and off-trade accounts, building strong relationships with bar teams, retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting accounts in London and the South East, hosting brand trainings and tastings, executing in-venue activations, and ensuring brand visibility through POS, menu listings, and digital presence. The role involves supporting and implementing trade marketing campaigns, attending industry events and festivals, and acting as the local brand expert and storyteller for Cazcabel Tequila. The Brand Ambassador will also gather market feedback, report on competitor activity, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive brand awareness, volume, and advocacy.

    Essential Experience & Skills Required

    • Experience in on-trade hospitality and excellent spirits knowledge (Ideally a minimum of 5+ years of On-trade experience)

    • Strong communication and storytelling skills

    • Highly confident and engaging presenting to groups

    • Self-motivated and organised, ability to plan own diary and juggle multiple projects/priorities

    • Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with an ability to surprise and delight with innovative ideas to promote the brand

    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (with time in back in lieu)

    • People-orientated with a passion for hospitality

    Desirable Skills

    • Existing network and or/reputation within the bar/restaurant industry

    • Experience as a brand ambassador or similar role

    • Sales and marketing experience, ideally spirits FMCG

    • Ability to negotiate to ensure the best outcome for the brand

    • Event management experience preferable

    • Passion for tequila and agave spirits

    • Very familiar with Microsoft Office suite

    Benefits:

    • Salary: £36-40k (depending on experience)

    • Discretionary 10% Performance Bonus

    • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday and 3 days between Christmas & New Year

    • Company laptop and mobile phone

    • Fully expensed travel and accommodation, where required

    • Expenses covered for trade visits

    • Aviva Pension Scheme

    • Death in service and critical illness cover (after 6 months)

    • Profit share scheme (after 3 years)

    • Health & wellness membership discount, stock discount
