How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Responsibilities


    • Lead full-cycle store opening and site selection across Europe’s core cities and prime business districts. Manage site assessment, lease negotiation and deal finalization for flagships, standard stores and pop-ups in London, Paris, Berlin and key markets.
    • Build long-term partnerships with Europe’s premium department stores and retail chains. Drive co-brand and in-store collaboration projects to boost brand exposure, enhance consumer awareness and deliver impactful retail cooperation cases locally.
    • Establish solid ties with local government and regulatory bodies. Ensure full compliance with local retail and market entry rules. Resolve policy and compliance issues in expansion, unlock public retail resources and maintain a stable, compliant operating environment.
    • Lead the European BD team, set annual targets and oversee daily negotiation, partner development and project delivery.


    Required Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, International Trade or related fields.
    • 10+ years of high-end retail BD, retail expansion or strategic partnership experience in Europe.
    • Possess mature resources across European premium malls, commercial real estate groups, top retail brands and government institutions; familiar with local retail cooperation and operation rules.
    • Proven successful track record in retail expansion and strategic partnership cooperation; excellent commercial negotiation, project control and risk management capabilities.
    • In-depth insight into European youth consumption trends and trendy retail market, able to identify market opportunities and formulate practical regional BD strategies.
    • Strong team leadership and cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in business English, proficiency in other European languages is preferred.
