Coffee Vending Engineer – Edinburgh
We are currently seeking an experienced Coffee Vending Engineer to join our growing service team covering Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Coffee Vending Engineer looking for a stable, long-term position with a reputable company.
The successful Coffee Vending Engineer will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial coffee machines and vending equipment at customer sites throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, servicing and repair of commercial coffee machines and vending equipment
* Planned preventative maintenance visits
* Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and mechanical issues
* Attending breakdowns and service calls
* Completing service reports and documentation
* Providing excellent customer service
* Managing van stock and spare parts
Requirements
Essential
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable
* Previous experience as a Coffee Vending Engineer
* Experience working on bean-to-cup coffee machines
* Vending machine experience
* Catering equipment experience
* Basic plumbing knowledge
* Engineering or electrical qualifications
