MET Technician / Strip & Fit
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced MET Technician to join a modern, well-equipped accident repair centre in Borehamwood.

Key Responsibilities
Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components
Strip and rebuild vehicles to manufacturer standards
Dismantle accident-damaged vehicles for repair
Carry out diagnostics, inspections, and fault-finding
Complete steering, suspension, and wheel alignment work
Order and fit replacement parts
Reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition
Ensure all repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer requirements
Complete work efficiently within agreed repair times
Requirements
Previous experience as a MET Technician, Strip Fitter, or Bodyshop Mechanic
Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
Ability to follow technical repair methods accurately
ATA, NVQ Level 3, or IMI Level 3 qualification advantageous
Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality repairs
