We're looking for a proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio, managing landlord and tenant relationships from move-in to move-out.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end
* Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance and contractors via Fixflo
* Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate records
* Ensure compliance with safety certificates and renewals
* Manage rent arrears and resolve issues professionally
About You
* Experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client-facing role
* Knowledge of the Scottish private rented sector and relevant legislation
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities and make decisions confidently
* Full UK driving licence required
* Professional, results-driven, and proactive approach to work
