Warehouse Operative / Production Assistant (Temporary, ongoing)

Location: Harrow
Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (08:00 - 19:00)
Break: 45 minutes per shift

About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing paint manufacturing company based in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a friendly and supportive team within a busy production and warehouse environment.

This is a hands-on role where no prior paint experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assisting with the mixing and preparation of paints (full training provided)
Labelling products and ensuring all orders are correctly identified
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required

What We're Looking For

SPEED! the ability to work quickly and accurately is imperative
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not required
