How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    This is an extremely popular primary school located in Havering, London that wants both pupils and staff to thrive. From day one you receive training and have continuous support from your team and SLT. You will receive a warm welcome from both pupils and staff, and be engulfed by the 'family' feel at this primary school.

    With this in mind, you will be working across KS2 (Year 3 to Year 6) providing general support to teachers as well as delivering tailored interventions to small groups and on a 1:1 basis. Interventions will include Reading, Writing, Maths, Vocabulary as well as social skills.

    This KS2 Primary Teaching Assistant role would suit both an experienced Teaching Assistant as well as a recent graduate with an ambition to have a successful career within education. This role will provide you with all the relevant experience to start teacher training which this school can provide in house!

    You will learn skills to plan, teach and record pupil progress as well as developing personal skills.

    There will also be some elements of working with SEN in this role.
