What We're Looking For
Previous experience working within Rosette-standard kitchens
Fine dining experience is essential
Excellent knowledge of fresh food preparation and presentation
Ability to work efficiently within a busy professional kitchen
Passion for producing high-quality dishes
Reliable, professional and well presented
