Academics is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school looking to appoint either:
An RE Teacher on a part-time basis (3 days per week), or
An RE & Music Teacher on a full-time basis, teaching RE for 3 days and Music for the remaining 2 days.This role is due to start in September and is offered on a fixed-term basis initially until December, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.
RE Teacher or Music Teacher - Role Information:
Plan and deliver engaging RE and/or Music lessons across KS3 - KS5
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Engage, motivate, and challenge students
Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement
Contribute positively to the department and wider school community

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in RE or Music
Recent experience teaching Music and/or RE up to KS5
Excellent subject knowledge with a specialism in RE and/or Music
Strong classroom and behaviour management skils
