Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
Help create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and personal care where required.
Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
Follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Work closely with permanent nursery teams to provide high-quality care.Requirements for the Nursery Practitioner Role
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred).
Have previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
Are reliable, adaptable, and confident working in different environments.
Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for Early Years education.
