Permanent RoleI am looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the Reading area.
 
Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
Take on a varied and rewarding role, carrying out multiple repair disciplines within a busy, professional Bodyshop environment.
Deliver high-quality workmanship while working efficiently in a fast-paced Accident Repair Centre.
Utilise your skills across Panel Beating, Strip & Fit (MET), and Paint Spraying to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Follow manufacturer-approved repair methods, ensuring all work meets factory standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Effectively plan and manage your workload, including ordering parts and materials, to ensure vehicles are completed and returned on time.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working to productivity and quality targets.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Bodyshop to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.Skills and Experience Required as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician:
A minimum of 3 years' experience within the automotive repair industry, with strong Panel Beating, Paint, and/or MET skills.
ATA accreditation or NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standards.
Ability to work quickly and accurately without compromising quality.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the confidence to support different areas of the Bodyshop when required.
A positive team player who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.
