An opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team in Maidstone.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing documentation, supporting sales processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
* Process sales orders, invoices, and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
* Manage sales paperwork, contracts, registrations, and correspondence.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Assist with reporting and general sales administration.
* Ensure records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
About you
* Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Vehicle Administrator, or similar administration role.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary of £27,500 - £28,500 depending on experience.
* 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* Monday to Friday 40 hour week working pattern.
* Free parking available nearby.
