What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing surfaces to the highest standard, including sanding, cleaning, and masking
* Mixing and applying 2-pack paints using professional spray equipment
* Producing high-quality, durable finishes on caravans and motorhomes
* Carrying out quality inspections and rectifying any paint imperfections
* Maintaining spray booths, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Working closely with production teams to meet build schedules and quality targets
* Following health & safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in 2-pack spray painting within automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional work
* Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, application, and curing techniques
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated with a positive attitude
* A passion for quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement
