In this role, you will lead and manage the regional Quantity Surveying function, ensuring the Company's contractual and financial interests are protected while maximising commercial performance across a range of residential, regeneration and partnership housing projects. You will oversee project reporting, forecasts, management accounts, subcontractor management and final accounts while supporting commercial strategy and profitability throughout the region.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Managing Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, Chief Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. Candidates need to live a commutable distance to Cardiff and possess a full UK driving licence.

The Role:
Lead and manage the regional Quantity Surveying team
Oversee project reporting, forecasts and management accounts
Manage cash flow, applications, certifications and payments
Oversee subcontractor accounts, procurement and final accounts
Support contract reviews and protect the Company's commercial position
Support recruitment, development and performance management of commercial staffThe Person:
Previous Managing Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, Chief Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
Experience managing Quantity Surveying teams
Full UK Driving Licence
