VGC Group are looking for an experienced General Labourer to start on a project in OX18, Oxford. This opportunity is available for an immediate start and offers consistent weekday hours, with the potential for weekend work for the successful candidate.

Role: General Labourer
Location: OX18, Oxford
Salary: £14.43 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Weekday shifts (with potential weekend work)
Contract: Ongoing
Experience: 2 years +
Qualifications: CSCS Card (Green or above)
Responsibilities
Your role as a General Labourer will consist of:
Assisting trades and site management with general site duties
Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment
Moving materials and equipment around site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Supporting site set-up and general maintenance
Following all site health and safety procedures at all times
Undertaking tasks in line with method statements and site instructions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A valid CSCS Card
Previous experience working as a labourer on construction sites
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good punctuality and reliability
A valid British passport (required due to site/client access restrictions)
Additional Information
Lodge and travel are not provided for this role
Holiday entitlement will be accrued
Eligibility to join the VGC pension scheme (subject to criteria)
