A well-established manufacturer supplying specialist components to a range of high-tech industries is looking to add a Trainee Inspection Technician to its Quality team.
No previous optical experience is required. Full training will be provided.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working accurately, has a good eye for detail and wants to develop within a technical environment.
The role:

Inspecting components for defects and quality issues
*
Checking products against drawings and specifications
*
Recording inspection results accurately
*
Updating information within internal systems
*
Supporting the wider Quality and Inspection team
*
Assisting with quality-related administration
What they're looking for:

Good attention to detail
*
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
*
Strong organisational skills
*
A reliable and methodical approach
*
Previous experience in administration, quality, laboratory, manufacturing or inspection environments would be advantageous but is not essential
What's on offer:

37.5 hour week - Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:00 & Friday finish at 15:00
