The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role within the leadership team, working closely with the Home Manager to maintain outstanding clinical standards and support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.
You will provide guidance to the nursing and care teams, promote best practice, and help develop a culture focused on continuous improvement and resident wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing effective clinical leadership across the home
Supporting and developing nursing and care colleagues
Ensuring excellent standards of person-centred care are maintained
Overseeing care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation
Supporting audits, quality improvements, and regulatory compliance
Acting as a positive role model and promoting best practice
Working collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionalsAbout You
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN and strong experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a senior nursing, clinical lead, or deputy-level role
Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive approach to improving quality of care
