Overview
We’re recruiting for a Class 2 Driver / Site Operative to join a busy industrial site environment. This Class 2 Driver / Site Operative role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, outdoor work and wants a long-term, stable position with opportunities to learn and develop.
As a Class 2 Driver / Site Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting site operations, keeping internal roadways clean, maintaining environmental systems, and ensuring site safety standards are met at all times.
This is a varied role, not just driving, and would suit someone hands-on who’s happy getting stuck in.
Ideal Candidate

Holds a Class 2 (Category C) licence
Practical, hands-on and comfortable working outdoors
Strong awareness of health & safety
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skillsClass 2 Driver / Site Operative Key Responsibilities

Operate a road sweeper / vehicle to maintain internal roads
Carry out site inspections, road checks and report issues
Maintain and monitor the wheel wash system
Support environmental compliance (dust control, site checks, defect reporting)
Assist with general site duties, cleaning, maintenance and weighbridge coverWhat’s In It For You
