The Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join a well-established FMCG business.
This role involves deliveries to shops and businesses across Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton, Guildford, Bournemouth, and Salisbury of pallets and cages, maximum 5 drops per day. You'll play a key role in ensuring goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
Complete deliveries across your assigned route
Deliver goods to retail stores and commercial customers
Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point
Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle logs
Comply with all driving laws, WTD regulations, and health & safety standards
Requirements
Valid Class 2 licence
CPC qualification and Digital Tacho Card
Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
Good knowledge of the South Coast and surrounding areas
Strong time management and organisational skills
Physically fit for manual handling duties
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
