Warehouse Operative
Location: Aylesford
Pay: £12.91 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (07:30–16:30)

Key Responsibilities
* Receiving and checking incoming goods (quality, condition, quantity)
* Allocating and maintaining accurate stock locations
* Labelling pallets with expiry dates and ensuring correct stock rotation
* Picking and preparing orders with accurate labelling
* Loading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
* Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards
* Reporting equipment faults, damages, or pest issues
* Supporting stock control to minimise loss
* Carrying out basic forklift checks and warehouse upkeep
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and quality procedures
About You
* Valid forklift licence
* Previous warehouse experience
* Able to work at pace and follow procedures accurately
* Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Confident working independently and solving problems
