Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer to join our clients growing team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a wide range cooling systems across the South West.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and chiller systems.

* Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

* Commission and install air conditioning and chiller units where required.

* Respond to reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs.

* Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.

* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

* Proven experience working on air conditioning and chiller systems.

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

* F-Gas Category 1 certification.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Desirable:

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

* Experience with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Trane, York, or Climaveneta.

* IPAF and PASMA certifications.

* Experience working in commercial environments including offices, healthcare facilities, retail, and industrial sites
