Location: Hickling, LE14 3AH (within 20-mile radius required)
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:30
Experienced HGV Fitter / Plant Fitter
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV / Plant Fitter to join our team, working both in the workshop and mobile via a fully equipped mobile service van. You will be working on a modern fleet of Scania tippers, road sweepers, low loaders, and a range of associated construction plant.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of HGVs, plant machinery, and commercial vehicles
Fault finding, diagnostics, and inspections
Workshop-based servicing with some mobile fitter duties
Ensuring vehicles and plant are compliant and roadworthy
Salary & Benefits
£47,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday - no weekend work
Company van supplied for mobile work
Fuel provided from depot
Stable, full-time position
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HGV fitter, plant fitter, or heavy vehicle technician
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Experience with commercial vehicles, plant machinery, or construction equipment
HGV licence advantageous (not essential)
Must live within a 20-mile radius of LE14 3AH
