You will lead the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring robust cost control, strong supplier performance, and effective programme-level governance.

Working as a key commercial partner to senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic oversight across multiple concurrent projects, driving value and continuous improvement.

Our client are a well known UK retailer looking to add a Senior QS to their commercial property team to oversee a huge CAPEX investment rollout project.

Description

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Analysts
Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial governance across programmes
Ensure strong cost control, value for money, and risk management on all projects
Manage procurement strategy, supplier performance, and commercial compliance
Own programme-level reporting, providing insight to senior stakeholders
Partner with Project Managers, Construction teams, Finance, and supply chain leaders
Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and frameworksProfile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

A degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in cost management within the facilities management sector.
A strong understanding of procurement processes and contract administration.
Proficiency in financial reporting and project cost forecasting.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.Job Offer
